COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

Development and Residential Estates Ltd (D.A.R Estates) are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and endeavour to provide customers with a professional and competent service. We want our customers to know that their interests are protected and that all complaints will be addressed as efficiently as possible.

Step One 1) We ask that formal complaints are sent to us in writing and addressed to the Director, to D.A.R Estates Ltd, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX or via email to info@dar-estates.com

The Director will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 working days.

Step Two 2) Should you remain unsatisfied with the response of the Director or with any aspect of the manner in which your complaint has been handled, you may contact The Property Ombudsman.
